Lead the Contract Group (Group) to provide quality, timely and efficient services to projects, proposal and clients consistent with firm and business group risk management considerations. Develop and implement firmwide policies and procedures for contracting practices. Conducts the strategic improvement and development of the group's performance to ensure projects contractual compliance and maximize financial success.
