Process oriented, internal control oriented. We are looking for someone to improve the efficiency of the company and the corporate structure. This person will be someone who has in the past closed the books for a large publicly traded company before. They will work with the auditors and manage the close of the corporate entity. The person will NOT be doing any SEC Reporting, Q's or K's, and no FP&A. This person will strictly be handling the overall improvement of efficiency and be the liaison in the reporting process making sure the auditors have everything they are looking for.
