Define the vision and direction for the Corporate Audit group. Develop and execute an Annual Audit Plan based on an assessment of the Company's business, financial and information technology risks, which provides adequate coverage of all significant areas of exposure and satisfies all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Oversee all aspects of the execution of the Annual Audit Plan, ensuring resources are effectively deployed and costs controlled. Present to the Audit Committee the Annual Audit Plan, including quarterly updates and changes as required.
