Responsible for leadership of several functional areas within the finance and accounting group. These areas may include contract, outsource or consultant arrangements as well as full time employees. The functional areas under the purview of this position will be tax compliance, tax planning, audit management, equity administration, treasury, SEC reporting, financial consolidations, corporate travel, potentially financial planning and analysis, and other areas as may be pertinent. In these functional areas, we will seek to employ best practices and drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
