Engage senior management in discussions regarding events or developments that could expose the company to potential losses. Oversee the assessment and report the risk to the company in aggregate, by business unit, and by material business activity. Develop, recommend and administer Corporate Risk Management and Corporate Back Office process and procedures. Oversee the research, development, testing and implementation of systems and controls for risk measurement methodologies and models.
