Director of Credit & Collections will be responsible for day-to-day operations of AR, Credit and Collections department. Duties include managing and forecast cash collections, deduction and reconciliation management, risk tolerance review on all major accounts, and mentoring staff of 13. Must be able to manage down as well as manage information flow up to senior management in a clear and concise manner. Ideal candidate is self-driven, technically solid and has strong understanding of information flow throughout a company from sales to customer service.
