Oversee the design, development, and implementation of all equity compensation related plans and program. Assist in the preparation of meeting materials for the Human Capital Committee of the Board of Directors. This includes development/updating of the Compensation Committee calendar. Responsible for the preparation of reports regarding executive compensation for inclusion in proxy statements.
