The Director of External Reporting will be responsible for preparing financial statements and related disclosures in compliance with US GAAP and SEC Rules and Regulations. Investigate new and pending changes to accounting rules to determine applicability to the Company. If applicable, identify appropriate parties impacted in the Company, secure appropriate data and ensure compliance in recording (if appropriate) and disclosure.
