Individual will be responsible for the daily operations of the compliance and reporting functions of the tax department. Manage and review the preparation and filing of federal consolidated income tax returns, estimated income tax payments and extension filings. Manage and review the preparation of the consolidated year-end and quarterly financial statements. Address and discuss FAS 109 and accounting issues with peers in state and international tax specialties. Coordinate the tax function's Sarbanes-Oxley 404 assessment and testing activities.
