Our new Finance Director will be tasked with overseeing a large scale 3rd party contract as our finance liason between CIO and the vendor by budgeting and forecasting responsibility for Customer Care, IT and capital expenditures. Contract administration: Review and analyze monthly invoices against contract; Provide analysis of billing to CIO and Finance leadership team; Liase with vendor on billing issues and ensure all discrepancies are resolved; Forecast vendor billing on a monthly basis and provide cash forecasting analysis to A/P and Treasury.
