Oversee worldwide reporting for benefit plans and coordinate relationships with outside actuary. Maintain and improve the quality of external reporting, as well as stay current on the technical issues that impact our company. overseeing the drafting and filing of all external reporting documents including annual reports, 10K's and 10Q's. Maintain and improve the quality of the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
