Develop a strong understanding of the cost parameters of the business model including labor, running costs, IT, Facilities etc. Perform economic analysis that incorporates cost factors and risk analysis into model and in turn models the impact of these factors on performance and profitability of the organization. Collect, organize and evaluate data to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance.
