Lead the Product Development Finance organization; directly manage a staff of 3-6 Managers, Senior Financial Analysts and Financial Analysts; indirectly lead a staff of Financial Analysts/Managers located in internal development studios. Develop and manage a rolling financial planning and budgeting system for global PD incorporating internal development studios and global publishing. This includes financial planning and budgeting for the following subgroups investments on a global basis.
