Manage day to day activities of the financial/management reporting group. Manage global closing calendar and process. Supervision of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, including close process, cash flow statements, eliminations, inter-company transactions and adjustments. Plan, coordinate and support quarterly reviews and annual audit requirements, including periodic balance sheet and income statements reviews. Analyze existing and new accounting literature to ensure compliance and related impact to the company's consolidated financial statements.
