Prepare all SEC quarterly reporting including preparation of 10-K and 10-Q disclosures and footnotes, earning releases and the quarterly supplemental operating and financial packages. Review quarterly consolidation process including: preparation of: income statement, balance sheet, statement of stockholder's equity, statement of cash flows. Review internal financial reporting packages sent to Senior Management and Board of Directors.
