The Director, Financial Standards & Control position primary responsibilities include overseeing the accounting research / standards function, the stock-based compensation accounting and diluted share calculation, goodwill and intangible asset valuations, and directing the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance effort. These accounting and compliance responsibilities require a high level of technical acumen and include deliverables that receive a high level of exposure for company as a public entity.
