The Director, Global Billing Process & Support Management is responsible for overseeing the delivery of world-class operations. This individual will be responsible for defining the strategy and overseeing the day-to-day operations for all process, control & audit functions in various Billing Operations centers globally, as well as any adjacent operations processes and support associated with our Payment and Billing Service Offerings.
