We have an immediate need for a Director of Internal Audit. In this position you are responsible for carrying out the Internal Audit Department's charter of providing independent appraisals of the Company's integrated internal control framework for executive management and the Audit and Finance Committee of the AEI Board of Directors; partnering with management in identifying and providing solutions for administrative, operational and IT control issues.
