In conjunction with the external auditors and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, oversees and directs the auditing of the accounting, financial, and operational data within the organization in compliance with the Internal Audit Charter. Recommends changes to internal controls, processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of data integrity. Discloses deviations from procedures and recommends corrective actions.
