Lead Company-wide internal control compliance and process improvement activities including introduction/enhancement of governance policies and development of compliance procedures. Partner with other Company-wide functions to ensure appropriate controls are in place and are sustained. Responsible for developing and leading remediation action plans to correct deficiencies and process weaknesses.
