Lead cross-functional teams to develop, assess, and implement international tax planning projects. Liaison on a regular basis with Treasury, Corporate Accounting and Company business groups. Develop corporate strategies and make recommendations to the CFO and other members of the executive leadership team. Manage, coach and mentor three (3) direct reports and four (4) indirect reports (located outside the United States). Manage relationships with outside consultants.
