Lead, direct, manage and oversee a diverse range of U.S. and non-U.S. international tax planning, research and audit activities. Provide support for global accounting for income tax and global tax compliance matters. Work as a business partner, and interface closely with senior corporate and business unit leaders (13) and their financial staff to develop and implement strategies which minimize the company's global income tax expense and liability through sound and informed application of tax laws and regulations in a positive and proactive business environment.
