Position requires demonstrated work experience with a real estate company in the development of standard processes and reporting packages for real estate funds. The candidate must possess ability to develop and lead process change and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong computer skills inclusive of working with various source systems, combining data from these systems for reporting and Excel spreadsheet excellence are essential. Position includes special projects and requires direct supervision, mentoring and development of professional accounting staff.
