Coordinate negotiation and execution of applicable commercial enabling agreements between plant owner and counterparties (i.e. NAESB, EEI, ISDA, natural gas transportation, gas storage, etc) for applicable generation facilities. Direct implementation and coordinate monitoring of risk management metrics for applicable facilities. Alert owner of potential adverse risk positions and offer remedies.
