The Director, Network Services position is the primary business partner in the organization responsible for providing business support and guidance in the continued delivery, improvement and enhancements to Network operations and servicing. Additionally, the position will focus on disputes procedures and processing guidelines, along with data and systems enhancements, to enable partners to efficiently conduct disputes-related activities through GNS.
