The Director will help to drive innovation, market research, strategic analyses, market testing and strategic planning within the Small Commercial Business segment. Small Commercial is committed to the development of strategies that are driven by deep customer and marketing insights which will be used to fuel its growth in the years to come. This role will help drive strategy by providing leadership, consulting skills, analytic support as well as process and content support to cross-functional teams within the organization.
