As the Director, Underwriting Officer you will be responsible for assisting in the overall supervision of underwriting, production, and reinsurance of all contract surety business within an assigned territory. You will review business from an assigned field territory to ensure compliance with established standards of underwriting, reporting, and pricing. Provides technical guidance to the field in all areas of surety. Assists in determination of product line underwriting, pricing, and performance standards. Assists the field in marketing and will lead periodic underwriting/procedural audits.
