Directs the development and maintenance of allied accounting records to ensure appropriate documentation and analysis of financial transactions. Plans, organizes and coordinates the year-end close process with internal and external auditors. Recruits, trains and develops continuous training of competent accounting staff. Develops strategic plans and budgets for the accounting unit, and authorizes related expenditures.
