Direct the accounting and tax strategies of the Company. Oversee the controller and financial reporting functions of the consolidated entities. Perform specialized financial, accounting or planning activities following general project or departmental guidelines, procedures in support of various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, financial planning, consolidations, and financial studies. Prepare various financial and regulatory reports and reviews general ledger activities.
