Supervise, train and coach staff to attain highest level of efficiency and effectiveness possible. Provide day to day direction, develop performance objectives, create development plans, provide coaching and feedback, conduct performance evaluations. Strategic supervision and coordination of all audit and reporting requirements, due dates and distributions. Act as liaison with independent auditors, coordinate interim review procedures and final audits; Conduct preparation of US GAAP and US Tax basis financial statements and projections as required; Draft audited financial statements with complete footnotes.
