The Director of Compliance reports to the Chief Information Officer, EVP. Performs regular organizational compliance risk analysis to focus resources on highest risk issues. Directs involvement and management of Depository and Lending compliance. Oversees BSA/AML function, including annual risk assessment. Acts as organizations CRA officer.
