The Director of Corporate Accounting will be responsible for financial reporting including the consolidation, SEC reporting, corporate accounting policies, and technical and GAAP research and analysis. You will be also responsible for assuring the overall integrity and efficiency of the corporate accounting function; ensure that all accounting and reporting is accurate and in accordance with GAAP and SEC rules, and that appropriate financial controls are in place and in compliance with all government regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance.
