Bachelor's Degree in a business related field with 7-10 years' experience in accounting (Consolidations), finance, budgeting and tax compliance. Must possess a solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls and the IRS tax code. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as is the ability to work independently.
