Management of the monthly close process - including establishing the close timetable, ownership of the close, advising teams on the new reporting processes. Performing global analysis of reported performance including monitoring of key accounting judgments and estimates. Provision of consolidated financial results and analysis to senior management and Head Office to meet business and external reporting objectives.
