Will be responsible for compliance to GAAP, SEC requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Will also be involved in the coordination of external audits, financial reporting and systematic preparation for compliance matters. Position requires CPA with either large company or major CPA firm(Big Six would be good) experience dealing with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and SEC regulatory compliance in Accounting practices and reporting. Much more detail will be discussed with selected qualified persons.
