The Director of External Reporting provides leadership and supervision to the External Reporting Department. This person must have excellent knowledge of technical accounting matters in order to ensure the timely and accurate filing of the Form 10-K, Form 10-Qs and other external reporting in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (US GAAP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and regulations and company polices, as well as assisting the company on various transactions as they arise.
