The Director of External Reporting will oversee all aspects of the Company's external financial reporting needs under rules governed by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and US GAAP. Preparation, review, and file quarterly and annual SEC filings. Coordinate efforts with internal groups (including, Legal, FP&A, IR, Marketing, Executive Office) and external auditors to facilitate SEC filings. Control the process for obtaining, reviewing, assessing and incorporating comments that are included in the SEC filings.
