Leads and directs financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, auditing, controlling operations, including accounting, inventory, fixed assets, product costing, accounts payables, accounts receivables and internal controls. (For both US operations and International subsidiary) Directs preparation and formation of the annual budget, tracking performance and explaining variances. Directs the development and maintaining of the product costing system. Directs the development and maintain business software and the internal control systems that protect the company.
