As a project manager of people and processes, build and maintain profitability models to manage each unit of the Bank by branch, by product, by service, by producer. Takes ownership and initiative of Bank strategies including feasibility studies of acquisitions and new products/services. Highly motivated individual who can provide guidance and inspiration to the staff to achieve greater endeavors. The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree or higher in business administration, accounting or finance.
