The Director of Financial Planning will serve as the corporate liaison with heads of business finance and operations to help oversee completion of annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Additionally he/she will provide executive support for corporate transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other special projects and provide direction that is consistent with the Company's corporate strategy, goals and objectives.
