Job Description:

Prepare SEC reports(10K, 10Q and 8K filings) on quarterly and annual basis. Review Form 3 and 4 filings, on a timely basis. Prepare support and analysis for filings, including FAS123R, FIN 46R, equity roll forwards, cash flow and other technical analysis. Consolidate multiple international entities and publish internal consolidated financial statements and supporting reports.
