Manages the budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for unit along with their respective cost center managers. Analyzes proposed plans and policies, as well as new programs, to determine costs and projected profitability or NPV. Evaluates and analyzes current or proposed funding sources and recommends most economical source. Participates directly in monthly close process to assure adequate accruals and accurate accounting postings.
