Establishes and directs the strategic long and short-term goals, policies and procedures for the internal audit team. Examine the company's system of internal controls and develop appropriate auditing strategies to include measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of accounting controls, computerized systems and operations, and recommending improvements. Provide consultation relating to all financial risks.
