The Director, International Tax and Special Projects is responsible for providing counsel to various business groups including Accounting, HR, Treasury, Legal and foreign controllers. Responsible for all areas of international tax compliance, planning, reorganizations and audit support. The incumbent will also co-manage IRS audit progression as well as recommend and execute global audit planning strategies.
