The Director International Tax will manage international tax structuring and planning activities; overseeing the maintenance of tax structures; managing transfer pricing; supporting foreign tax audits; assisting with acquisitions, joint ventures, and dispositions; assisting with calculating and tracking various FIN 48 reserves and maintaining sound internal controls and SOX documentation.
