Review and/or prepare FIN 48 documentation and technical analysis and review other tax issue documentation. Review US tax returns for all international subsidiaries. Analysis of earnings and profits, Subpart F, withholding taxes, and foreign tax credit position. Review the calculation of the Domestic Manufacturing Deduction and optimize methodologies utilized with the preparation of the foreign tax credit.
