Provide accounting insight from the initial stages of deal contemplation, through due diligence, deal structure and business combination accounting. Advise on and/or prepare opening balance sheets and related entries. Provide advice on and preparation of SEC disclosure requirements with respect to M&A. Coordinate goodwill impairment testing.
