ur client, located in Waltham, MA is seeking a Payroll Operations Director to convert outsourced payroll to internal processing and to manage the process going forward from there. Must have direct experience and knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle HRMS and payroll application or similar HR/Payroll product, Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (MBA is preferred). Salary is commensurate with experience.
