Performance planning and management of staff. Approve financial resource allocations including expenses, salary administration and budget. Participate in appropriate committees as needed. Retention and succession planning. Direct and participate in disciplinary measures as appropriate. Attend and participate in Revenue Operations Director meetings to discuss overall strategies and planning for Revenue Operations department.
