Applying U.S. GAAP to business activities and documenting analysis and conclusions primarily in the area of revenue recognitions (including executive compensation contracts, stock options, benefits and terminations), Client Incentives and Marketing/Sponsorships. Direct experience and application of the following accounting literature SAB 104, EITF 00-21 and EITF 01-9. Developing and maintaining the Client Inc. global accounting policies manual in accordance with GAAP and SEC standards. Incorporate the SOX control standards within the Policy function.
